Name a better anniversary date than January 1 — I’ll wait! Audrey and William tied the knot in Rosemary Beach, FL on New Years Day. In lieu of a big wedding, the pair opted to officially get married on January 1 with a beautifully intimate civil ceremony — with me signing their marriage license (PS, I got ordained online a few years back!) — and this spring we are going somewhere INCREDIBLE for their elopement / honeymoon. Since it has not happened yet, I will wait for the photos and let them speak for themselves! Hehe!

Often times in situations like these, I get so giddy at the opportunity that I have to do my job. I’m sure when we arrive at our destination this spring, I will feel the same!

Audrey wore a breathtaking Clio Peppiatt beaded dress. Audrey used friends and local vendors for all of her other bridal needs. Little details like that make my heart flutter. We signed the marriage license and then proceeded to explore Rosemary Beach. My favorite. We took our time and stopped where we wanted to, capturing details along the way. Through blue hour we headed towards The Pearl, the infamous hotel and restaurant on Rosemary Beach. After the sun had set, Audrey, William and I retrieved a tiny tiramisu from their car. A perfect “wedding cake” for the non-traditional couple! We found the perfect spot for them to share their cake and drink champagne and cheer to a very “them” wedding day.
